Withdraw from contract

Here you can withdraw from a voucher you bought online, within the 14-day withdrawal period. Please enter the voucher code and the email address you used at purchase.

This function applies to vouchers bought online. Bookings for a fixed date are not subject to the right of withdrawal (Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB).
